From a sketch in Europe to a product on sale.

Hardware and go-to-market from Huaqiangbei, Shenzhen. We source the parts, build the prototype, find the factory and get it to buyers, and you see every step.

Five legs, one route.

You know supply chains, so here it is the way you'd draw one. Take any leg alone, or all five. Every leg ends with a file you own: quotes, photos, drawings, numbers.

01

Source the parts

Send a BOM or one part number. Within 24 hours we ask at least five sources in Chinese: makers, distributors, ODMs and Huaqiangbei sellers. In five working days you get every answer in one file: price, minimum order, lead time, samples.

USD 390per part · USD 1,200 for up to 15 BOM lines
02

Build the prototype

Your CAD printed on our own farm, fitted with the parts you ordered, photographed and shipped to you. SLA and SLS through partner shops nearby.

EUR 6per printer-hour + material, quoted from a real slice
03

Find the factory

Five factories for your part, each with a quote, lead time, minimum order and photos from a visit or a video call. We go there; you decide.

EUR 49fixed per part family
04

First run, checked

Samples, a pilot run, an inspection on the line with photos and measurements, and the paperwork for export. Problems are found in Shenzhen, not in your warehouse.

05

Go to market

The launch around the product: a product page and demo video, a crowdfunding or pre-order page, listings, and outreach to buyers and distributors in Europe and Asia.

Plan a route.

Pick where a product stands today and where it should get to. The card shows the legs, the weeks and the known prices. Try it with any product you have in mind.

What we make here, for ourselves.

Before we did this for anyone else we did it for our own hardware: a small walking robot, tools and fixtures, printed and assembled in the same room.

Our robot arm next to its simulation, same pick. The simulation rehearses every move first.

Leif Rydenfalk

"I'm a Swede from Umeå living in Huaqiangbei. Send me a part, a board or a product idea and we go to the market or the factory together."

I work out of TroubleMaker, a makerspace in the Black Ark building, five minutes from the SEG electronics market. I have friends, suppliers and factories here. You studied in Stockholm and worked in supply chain at BMW, so you know where products get stuck. That is the part we take on.

Next: coffee in Shenzhen, or a call.

  1. 1We meet for coffee in Huaqiangbei, or call: Saturday 15:00 or Monday 10:30, China time.
  2. 2You tell me the product, the market and the date that matters.
  3. 3Within two days you get a one-page brief: legs, weeks, prices.
  4. 4You say yes to the legs you want. Nothing starts before that.
